If you are a keen cyclist who wants to do something to help out a good cause you may be interested in sponsoring participants or participating in one of these events.
Stuart Thomas and friends will be doing a 300 mile ride around mid and north Wales to raise money for the neonatal ward at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, following the premature birth of Stuart's son Sam in December 2009.

Big Heart Ride in SinaiCongratulations to Cycle Shrewsbury member, Linda Harvey, who completed the Big Heart Ride in Sinai between 7-15 November 2009. Her group has raised approximately £50,000 for 4 heart charities.
