Cycle Shrewsbury membership is valid until March 2011.The personal data you provide to us will be retained until April 2011. If the Cycle Shrewsbury campaign continues past this date you will be contacted and asked if you wish to remain a Cycle Shrewsbury member and to confirm that you are happy for us to continue to hold your personal data.

Your data will be used to send you a membership pack by post. If you confirm in the registration form that you wish to be kept up to date with the Cycle Shrewsbury we will also send you information by email. You will not receive more than 2 emails per month from Cycle Shrewsbury.

Your personal data will not be passed onto any third parties without your consent. You can select in the registration form if you are happy to be contacted by Cycle Shrewsbury's partners. If you chose not be contacted by our partners your personal data will not be shared with our partners.

You can unsubscribe to Cycle Shrewsbury membership by contacting Cycle Shrewsbury by email, post or phone on the above contact details. If you unsubscribe we will not contact you again and your data will be deleted within 7 working days.
