Alison is responsible for the physical improvements to cycle facilities in Shrewsbury such as the installation of new cycle tracks, improvements to junctions, new cycle parking and other facilities.
Emma is responsible for promoting the Cycle Shrewsbury campaign and cycling in Shrewsbury. She oversees the promotion of cycling in workplaces including cycle training, grants for new facilities, and Dr Bike sessions. She is also responsible for organising events and activities to promote cycling in Shrewsbury.
Neal is responsible for delivering our workplace cycle promotion programme. He works with employers to encourage more people to cycle to and for work. Promotional activities include Dr Bike sessions, cycle skills training, health checks and providing route information. Neal is available to businesses to provide advice on how to become more cycle friendly.
Kim works with schools in Shrewsbury to promote cycling. She organises cycling events and activities in schools and gives assemblies. She also works with our Bikeability team to deliver cycle training and bike checks in schools. More about Kim.
Richard works with children to promote cycling. His time is divided between curriculum activities, out of school clubs, as well as affiliation with local cycling clubs. More about Richard.
